Tokenization transforms a verified real estate asset into a unique NFT on the Solana blockchain. The token represents legal ownership and its value is pegged to the appraised price via stablecoins.
Once minted, the property can be fractionally owned, traded on secondary markets, and generate automated rental disbursements — all through smart contracts, with no intermediaries.
